Utilising the company's manufacturing and distribution arm, Gardner & Co are able to control their Supply Chain to ensure that high quality products are delivered to site at the optimum time for installation.In 2004, Gardner & Co launched their own web based electronic purchase order system to streamline their internal processes and bring even more control to the Supply Chain. This system has the unique facility to enable other team members and clients to observe and monitor the company's Supply Chain process.
