In 2012, John and Sarah Lendvai incorporated Ava Custom Homes and added Mr. Ted More to the team who brings a vast knowledge of leading construction practices, who has built homes in the newly revitalized Houston Heights, Rice Military, and Montrose area near town as well as the master planned communities of WoodCreek Reserve and Weston Lakes.
