As a Certified 'wHolistic' Health Coach, I support men and women in finding a nourishing, calm energy so they can flow & thrive each day. \\Through Nutrition Coaching, we remove the confusion & anxiety around what/how to eat, so that we can 'Simplify Your Food & Simplify Your Life.' Our relationship with food is often wrought with emotion, uncertainty, & overwhelm, so we move towards a place where food becomes healing & supportive of our individual body types & needs, letting go of the struggle with food, so that we can ENJOY food, and then enjoy our lives.\\Just BE also supports clients in finding this 'flow' with small group or personalized yoga classes. Working with beginners or those wanting to deepen their practice, I meet you where YOU are on your mat, guiding either mellow quiet classes, or more vigorous challenging classes.
