The plant was founded in 1952 and it is equipped with all necessary machinery , mainly manufactured in CIS countries, Germany and Turkey. Baku Universal Machine-Building(BUM) LLC has the complete cycle of production from casting to packing. BUM produces petroleum equipment, metal constructions of any complexity, metal processing (max diameter 1.5 meters, length 3 meters.) During its business, the company was engaged in a number of top-importance projects in most regions of Azerbaijan including construction of the new building of SOCAR(State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic) with the partnership of Tekfen, roof construction of the new building of National Assembly of Azerbaijan, the construction of the roof in Presidential Guest Residence, production of waste containers for all regions of Azerbaijan and etc.
