In addition to our flagship ENFORCER® inmate telephone system, ICSolutions offers video visitation, inmate tablets, secure email, mail scanning, and digital grievances and forms, along with robust intelligence gathering tools. Moreover, our innovative programming includes free and ongoing communication options and educational opportunities for inmates. These valuable programs foster safer correctional environments and prepare incarcerated individuals for successful reentry into their communities. ICSolutions is proud to support the nation's largest correctional agency, the Federal Bureau of Prisons, where we were awarded a 15-year contract to provide our secure and reliable communication services to 160,000 inmates in 122 locations. Our client base also includes eight state Departments of Corrections and hundreds of city, county, and regional correctional agencies across the U.S.
