Our customer retention rate exceeds 90%, because we understand our clients’ businesses and offer competitive solutions for primary, excess, or Side A coverage. Excess Management Liability (Private Company): For larger private companies that need excess management liability limits, we can provide limits excess of the primary policy, and will generally follow the range of coverages the primary provides. We offer an Excess Flex product that can sit above underlying D&O, EPL, and Fiduciary limits. Lawyers Professional Liability (LPL): Our experience allows us to be successful in many markets. For primary coverage, we most often work with firms that have 7 to 60 full-time attorneys and also consider smaller practices under special circumstances; for excess coverage we can consider firms with more than 60 attorneys. We also offer excess management liability solutions for law firms. Claims Expertise: Our claims professionals manage all claims, and are committed to fostering strong working relationships with policyholders, outside counsel, and brokers to successfully resolve claims. Our claims professionals form an effective team with the policyholder and outside counsel to develop defense strategies, evaluate exposure, and contain costs.
