The School of Education oversees the initial teacher education and continuing professionaldevelopment course offerings. The College has just recently launched an innovate Bachelor of Education (Honours) Degree in Early Childhood Education.Between the Professional Master of Education in Primary Education and the Professional Master of Education in Post-Primary Education, the College has educated over 10,000 teachers across Ireland. Alumni have assumed leadership positions in education both nationally and internationally.Additionally, the School of Education delivers a range of continuing professional development courses to thousandsof professional educators.Hibernia College's initial teacher education programmes prepare, develop and support reflective and critical educators who are academically strong, pedagogically skilled and technologically empowered. Students engage in interactive online tutorials and content, tutor-moderated discussionforums, webinars and presentations.
