We specialize in occupied remediation and improvement of commercial buildings, hotels, medical clinics, hospitals, event centers and multi-family residential structures, with minimal impact to the occupants. Evolution Architecture's focus and experience, as an adaptive reuse architect, is to restore, repurpose, and reposition buildings into long-term performance assets. We begin by evaluating the existing condition and performance of the building(s). A feasibility study is then created for the client to select an appropriate architectural design solution to fit their needs and budget. This is followed by a customized design package utilized for bidding, permitting and construction. During the construction process, Evolution Architecture will provide periodic field inspections, facilitate client/contractor interface, and perform compliance reviews to ensure the work is being performed per plans and specifications. We are uniquely positioned to take on large, multi million dollar projects, as well as small projects, performing them both with the same level of attention to quality, client needs and cost effectiveness.
