Zion-Benton Twp. High School District 126 is located in Zion, Illinois, near Lake Michigan and the Wisconsin-Illinois border. District 126 provides two four-year high school campuses--Zion-Benton Twp. High School and New Tech High @ Zion-Benton East--that together serve approximately 2,650 students from the diverse communities of Zion, Beach Park, Winthrop Harbor, Wadsworth, and unincorporated areas of Newport and Benton Townships. We are exceptionally proud of our diversity; the vast amount of offerings our dedicated staff provides; our student accomplishments in academics, athletics, and extracurricular activities; and the many supportive relationships we enjoy with our community stakeholders.
