PropertyRepair.co was born from real hands-on experience coordinating maintenance work orders for Property Managers and tenants. Founder, John Rarity, and his colleagues were frustrated with their own process of coordinating work orders and recognized a massive need for a fast, reliable, and effective method for communicating between everyone involved. Traditional work order platforms and "software solutions" weren't cutting it and communication was quickly lost via endless emails, voicemails and text threads… just to fix a leaky faucet. Thus, The Scheduler was born to bridge this gap and get it right .... for Property Managers, technicians, tenants, and rental communities.
