Concourse Companies, LLC was founded in 2015 by Harry Masterson and Jordan Mack as an operating and management platform for a portfolio of projects focused on land development and long-term project management. As the successor company to Cernus Development, LLC, Concourse was formed to accommodate the restructuring of project management, growth of senior management, and expansion of the fee development business. Concourse is currently managing land development and community operations of two large-scale projects totaling 1,000 acres. The projects have combined development budgets of approximately $155,000,000 and will yield roughly 1,700 residential lots and 50 acres for commercial use over the next 7-8 years.
