Managers & Directors Pty Ltd has been undertaking business and executive mentoring projects for the past fifteen (15) years. Over that time, we have assembled a significant network of current and former CEO's and managing directors that now act in the capacity of advisors to Australian business owner's, senior executives and directors.Established in 1998 with the purpose of developing a national strategic business and executive mentoring network. The mission of the network has been to support, advise and inspire business owners and senior executives in their function, performance and future development for ongoing business success. Today, Managers & Directors has access to a network of over 150 current and former CEO's and managing directors nationwide and facilitates general business and executive mentoring services to organisations within Australia. Our network continues to grow as more and more mature and successful business professionals take the opportunity to reinvest their experience back into the corporate community.In order to be selected as a mentor within our network, each member must have met the minimum selection criteria. The selection criteria include such things as the breadth of their business experience and management responsibility, specific commercial skills, sound business acumen and strong leadership qualities. Each applicant must also demonstrate continuing involvement with business outside the network in order to remain current.
