In fact, this one phrase embodies our most cherished value: that we treat our clients as we want to be treated.Yes, it is a noble goal. While our philosophy may sound like many, sadly it is delivered by so very few. Is it a realistic goal? I believe so, and my experience to date after more than 20 years in the business is that it can be delivered 99% of the time. For the 1%, I can promise we will not run away and hide. By its nature, service quality is dynamic, and is inevitably built upon mistakes. It is this 1% that we learn lessons from. It is from this 1% that we develop our improvements in service. It is this 1% that gives us the experience, knowledge and capacity to deliver the 99%. And it is this 1% that keeps us learning and thirsting for perfection.
