Body Evolution, established in 2001, is the largest and most fully equipped GYROTONIC® studio in Manhattan with 11 Tower Units, 2 Jump Stretch Boards, 2 Ladders, 2 Gyrotoners, and 1 Leg Extension Unit. We are also the first studio in New York to have the newest version of the Ladder, now called "The Archway."We are dedicated to bringing about the joy that comes from moving freely to everyone, young and old. Our goal is to make you feel more comfortable in your body. Whether you're a professional mover, dancer, athlete, or just someone looking to improve your overall shape, there is a program here for you.We believe that movement conditioning is one of the most important factors in maintaining the quality of life that a person will experience as they get older. To be able to move is to be able to feel, motion creates emotion.
