In addition to classic IT and cloud services, architectures often include additional tools and functions like ML/AI and IoT integrations. Architecture is often delivered as a further set of workshops.With an architecture or architectures defined, it is possible to define the what and how of an implementation plan incorporating the required architectural elements that map to the overall Strategy. In many cases, there are only one or two new technologies that need to be implemented to support an updated and consistent architecture that supports the top line strategy. Again, Kumulus is there to support the implementation regardless of the target environment.Last, but certianly not least, is education. While most implementations include some form of operations documentation, there is often a lack of utilization education.
