We specialize in accessible living and we are Certified Aging in Place Specialists (CAPS) through the National Association of Home Builders. We are also a Certified Green Professional (CGP) and enjoy doing green projects.In 2017 we were awarded the Remodeler of the Year from both Iowa City and Cedar Rapids Home Builders Associations.
