DreamHouse is a Housing as a Service (HaaS) & SaaS company that works with owners and development partners to offer highly customizable spaces to our members and higher returns to our users. DreamHouse originally focused on small-scale fixer-upper co-living and co-working projects in less desirable neighbourhoods that catered to under-served, low-value customers. Using our brand, technology, and operational capabilities to gradually move upmarket and take on larger ground-up development projects globally we are now able to cater to middle-class families and young professionals on a global scale who are comfortable committing to a 12-month lease. DreamHouse furnishes all the bedrooms and shared areas, provides basic supplies and cleaning services, helps match roommates, and has developed a legal process less painful than a typical lease.
