Sterling entered into a strategic partnership with Morgan Stanley Private Equity ("MSPE") in August 2011. Senior management's relationship with MSPE dates back to 1991. MSPE's roots in private equity investing date back to 1985. MSPE, through five funds, has invested approximately $6.7 billion of equity across a broad spectrum of industries.
