Welcome to Oakbridge. We are an independent provider of Corporate and Fund Administration services in Jersey. We were established over a decade ago to deliver an in-house service to our founding group. Our focus was then and is now on quality of output, responsiveness and a willingness to work until deadlines are met. Today we provide a service focussed on these same key areas to an international client base of private clients, businesses and asset managers. We have a blend of experience from accounting, administration, company secretarial, financial, legal and governance backgrounds and we specialise in the corporate, real estate, private equity, venture capital, debt and other alternative sectors.
