The Vortex 850R features a roll-to-roll or a roll-to-cut printing option coupled with an easy-to-use and state of the art graphical printer management software interface. The Vortex 851R features a roll-to-cut printing option with a simple plug & print driver interface.Unlike traditional inkjet systems, the Memjet technology maintains full productivity for all image types, color mixes, and media types.With an effective speed up to 10,000 labels per hour (12 ips, 4"x6" label size, narrow format) or 500 B1 sheets per hour (12 ips, wide format) the Vortex® printers form a useful adjunct to traditional analog print methodology (litho, screen print, flexo, offset). The low set-up time and zero cost of setup means that short runs are now possible and cost-effective in an economic and efficient way of printing. Combine this with the variable data capability, and the Vortex® printers make previously impossible jobs now possible.
