MHIND stands for Mental Health Interventions Nurturing Development. Founded by a mental health therapist the goal of MHIND is to bring mental health coaching into the workplace (physically or virtually) and create a space where it is okay to be your whole self.We spend a third of our life working, and the mounting pressures of a global workforce, not to mention the social and political climates that we find ourselves in in our families, communities and nationally it has become clear that we cannot compartmentalize all of it. The belief that we can keep work at work and home at home is false. But sustaining this idea leaves people feeling isolated in their experiences and their ability to stay focused, engaged and productive is effected. Business have always had the unique power to problem solve, and we are at a time in our history where it is important to live into our missions. MHIND is not a saddle bag approach for tagging on employee perks. It is a way of building the culture of employee well-being into the fabric of the company.
