The Foundation for Financial Planning is the only organization solely devoted to powering pro bono financial planning for people in need. Since 1995, the Foundation has provided more than $6.6 million in grants to nonprofits linking financial planners to vulnerable populations—including military families, cancer patients, domestic violence survivors and others—serving more than 400,000 people with free financial guidance. Over the next 3 years, the Foundation aims to enhance its impact, growing the ranks of volunteer planners, developing new partnerships and program models, and providing more resources to quality programs delivering pro bono financial planning services.
