(RDM) was founded in 1987 and quickly became the recognized industry leader in pavement engineering services for civilian airports, military installations, seaports, and roadways. We are a certified SDB Civil Engineering firm with the U.S. Small Business Administration and a certified DBE/MBE in several states. Today, RDM provides a wide range of professional consulting services in airport planning, airfield design, pavement management, pavement evaluation and design, GIS Applications, materials and forensic investigations, and construction services support. We have an experienced, highly qualified staff and the necessary equipment to efficiently and successfully deliver your project.We have two Heavy Falling Weight Deflectometers (HWD) for non-destructive testing (NDT), a SIMCO 255 PTC Core Rig for cores, a MK2 GripTester for friction test, GPS/GIS mobile devices for pavement inspection, GSSI Model 4200SGPR for subsurface investigation, MIRA for Ultrasonic Imaging and a DJI Phantom 4 Pro drone (operated by an FAA licensed pilot) to support our design and evaluation services.
