The Performance Leadership Institute is dedicated to equipping those moving into leadership and those who want to ramp up their leadership with coaching in leadership and the use of continuous improvement tools to not only succeed but to thrive. This is provided through our Certificate in Performance Leadership coaching program. We explore the latest trends in leadership such as the use of metrics and behavioral science to drive performance. We will guide you through a rigorous self-examination of your leadership style and how to be more "intentional"​ in your approach to leading. The Certificate in Performance Leadership coaching program will give you the confidence to move forward in your role as a leader and create a culture of meaningful continuous improvement, employee engagement, and performance.Programs are now being offered in six-month coaching engagements in both virtual (Zoom) and face to face settings. As well it can be offered to groups in three-day off-site session(s) taken all at once or spread out to accommodate your team's schedule. All coaching and training come with follow on support and we are available to help you with issues whenever you need it.
