The story so far…….Two friends - One vision Foxwood Recruitment was founded by two friends who shared the same outlook.... Honesty is the best policy! When assessing a client's requirement, we believe it's important to be open and honest about any challenges or blockers which may hinder the project but not without accompanying solutions. Equally we apply the same approach to candidates, using a consultative approach to set the correct expectations. We understand no client is the same which is why our structure and approach enable us to tailor our service to each specific recruitment campaign. With 25 years combined experience recruiting for house hold names, SME's and public bodies means we know what it takes to recruit high calibre people.
