Our baked goods were born in the back room of a chef-owned restaurant on the coast of Maine. We folded and cut our beloved Cream Cheese Biscuits each day before dinner service. Family, friends and neighbors gathered there to break bread together. We committed to bake with clean, simple ingredients we felt good about serving to those we love.
