Spring Break Maple & Honey is located in Northern Maine in the small rural town of Smyrna. Here we have built our business from the ground up, established in 1998. Our first year we processed only 17 gallons of syrup and today we have grown to process over 3,000 gallons a year.We are committed to maintaining sustainable growth on the principles of renewable resource management through farming and land stewardship. As our customer demands have risen we expanded our processing facility in 2013. We built a new facility that has allowed us to better achieve our sustainability goals and become more efficient in energy use while also increasing production. Our maple syrup and maple candies are still made in small batches so that we guarantee the freshest products to our customers. Retail and Wholesale accounts available.
