During his 22-year tenure at Sands Capital, he helped build a successful tier-one concentrated-growth investment firm, serving as Sr. Co-Portfolio Manager of the firm's $20 billion flagship growth fund for 8 years. He is joined by a Research Analyst, who worked with him on the investment team at Sands Capital and an Associate Research Analyst. We believe the ideal investment team is one that is small, cohesive, and focused on one investment philosophy – in essence, the boutique model. The Director of Operations has over 25 years of operational experience having built and managed the back-office operations at Sands Capital during her 17 years with the company.
