I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor committed to helping people learn how to have better relationships, cope with stress, and manage all areas of life. My work focuses on trauma, anxiety, depression, relationships, and substance use with individuals, couples, and families. I work with adults, adolescents, and children. I am trained in DBT, EMDR, Play Therapy, Theraplay, and TBRI techniques. I often use art informed therapy, mindfulness strategies, and role play as part of treatment.
