Established in 2012, our professional team of staff provides services from complete turn key to project management which include the following: initial concept design and marketing plan for building development, restoration, interior renovation, obtain working engineering drawings and conduct environmental assessments as required by various government departments, apply for all types of building and site plan permits, manage and coordinate every party concerned to ensure the completion of each project.With the expansion of our product showroom we're adding a new element to our list of services. These will be custom designed and Noir branded products ranging from home, kitchen, bath and more. Now we are truly able to offer a unique experience to each and every customer from design to build and furnish.Our goal is to create a rewarding, satisfying and timely experience for all clients. Applying a unique approach to handle each project, tailored to the individual needs of each client. We also specialize in identifying the elements that worked well both past & present; then combining them to create a design that will continue to be practical and future safe.
