In 2016, Shaw Mind set up Trigger, a global trade publishing house devoted to opening conversations about mental health. Since then, Trigger has expanded to produce books on a wide range of topics surrounding mental health and wellness, as well as launching Upside Down Books, its children's list, which encourages open conversation around mental health from a young age. Every book published by Trigger that contains clinical advice is approved by highly qualified clinicians to ensure that content is accurate and appropriate.
