Jordan is a thermal performance assessor and accredited by the Building Designers Association of Victoria (BDAV). He gained his Certificate IV in NatHERS Assessment from the Registered Training Organisation Transformed as well as completing a Statement of Attainment with SmartRate for the use of the FirstRate5 software.Elite Energy Assessments offers a 24-48 hour turnaround on energy ratings. A preview will be sent through to the clients showing the 6 star rating, along with an email detailing any requirements needed to meet the 6 star minimum.
