The Lean Analytics Association`s mission is to facilitate the transformation of companies by implementing lean thinking in the product development process. To accomplish this mission, we focus on five building blocks: 1. Collaborate with companies, universities, consulting firms, other associations, and lean experts to develop, train, implement and diffuse best practices in lean product development 2. Offer different types of memberships to companies targeting their specific needs with regards to networking, training, lean maturity assessments, and on-demand consulting projects 3. Enable a continuous improvement cycle for our members by applying our DARE model and disseminating the latest trends by organising industrial events and publishing articles 4. Promote the creation of knowledge and solutions for lean product development by developing a network of global lean experts 5. Carry out research activities with universities to co-develop new solutions and training materials as well as discover best practices
