In the hands of experienced professionals, we have created indoor-outdoor team building dynamics and staff selection; as well as company events in general.Based on previous experiences, we have created flexible packs for you, i.e., they are customisable. We have also added personnel selection plans. Our goal is to help you get the high performance team you are looking for.The dynamics we carry out are based on gamification, that is, elements of games in non-game environments and purposes. In our case, using a key tool: escape rooms. In this fictitious scenario players will face different situations, thus revealing relevant features such as time management, teamwork, conflict resolution, active listening, lateral thinking, among others.As mentioned before, Fox in a Box carries out a completely personalised way of working, our consultant trainers will contact your company analysing your needs, in order to design a training process tailored to you. At the end of the activity reports will be provided, which may be individual, or a study of group information.
