TM Coaching is an assumed name for my business and represents me as an Executive Leadership Coach. My name is Tetiana McLemore. A constant challenge which has been accompanying me all my life and which has made me start from the very scratch several times, helps me understand the dilemmas the executives and senior managers face in business and life daily. More over, the fact that I was born in the Soviet Union which does not exist any more, deepens my understanding of importance to realize the opportunities you have been given.I have come into the executive leadership coaching through 17 years of teaching at language schools and universities. Through the years of teaching my students' age varied from three-year-old children who were just starting to experience the life lessons to fifty-year-old executives who had knowledge, experience, and skills, but still were puzzled with even more questions comparing to those they had when they were three.When starting a new relationship in any sphere of my life, I have always valued sincerity and trust, as well as I have had a strong belief and awareness in what I was doing.
