They quickly realized not only the financial potential, but also the need for folks who are passionate about short-term rentals and the philosophy of sharing and the sharing economy to help other people participate — as both hosts and guests.Friends quickly gravitated toward the hosting concept, saw Evan and Phil's enthusiasm, and were hooked.
