My name is Jort Nijhuis and I am an independent designer that is driven by concept design: that first vital state of a products' life. I am fascinated by the story behind the product, its right to exist. I have over seven years of experience in designing concepts in teams for multinationals, that have been developed into products that are on the market today. I am known for employing an integral approach to projects, respecting all stakeholders involved. But in the end, I like to think of myself as an ambassador of the user. I believe that I can visualise every step of the process, to involve the team and create a shared understanding of where we are going.
