With a strong emphasis on fresh herbs, we aim to allow students to gain more knowledge in the origin of the foods they eat, along with how to prepare both elaborate and simple meals, with great ease & joy. We are passionate advocates of organic and fair trade communities from all around the world and committed to supporting local chefs, farmers & artisans in our own backyards. We support global organic farmers in thier pursuit of global import and export with creative, cutting edge marketing, sales and new business support.
