With significantly more honorary mentors than scholars, the academy is unique throughout the world.One-on-one sessions with top-class leaders and discussions in small groups ensure a personal and open exchange at both private and professional levels. By developing innovative approaches to the most pressing social issues alongside leading figures from all fields, our scholars are equipped with a responsible and strongly proactive concept of leadership that will allow them to create change on their own in the future.
