During our tenure with aircraft manufacturers, we managed 10 to 15 projects a year from contract signing through completions and final delivery. In our role, we oversaw the production phase, completion installation, operational milestones, inspections, testing and final customer delivery. As a liaison between manufacturers and the clients, we were tasked with bridging the gap between leadership support and negotiations to meet customer expectations.
