LDTeleCom was founded in April 1999 with the intention of capitalizing on the opportunities arising in the telecom sector in Latin America as a result of deregulation and technology advances.With the idea of providing a superior telephony service to under-served markets, the company initially focused on one specific under-served market – Venezuela.
