We envision a health system where exercise prescription becomes a standard method of treatment for illness and physical dysfunction.Our ApproachThe EPG Screen is the basis of our work. We guide individuals through three essential movements which allow us to understand where blood flow and oxygen are being impeded. After these movements are analyzed, the individual is given an exercise prescription to reintroduce dissected patterns and restore function and vitality. Great Barrington Location We call our Great Barrington headquarters our lab. It is comprised of 1000 square feet where people can be seen, be heard, feel, play, and be prescribed—on the spot—with movements that will change their energy, blood flow, patterns and life—restoring their function.Our lab is also the home base for our educational programs and partnerships with forward-thinking fitness facilities, organizations and medical professionals who want to offer the full-spectrum of health, prevention and recovery.Founder Joseph Antoine Alston
