Our goal is to create the most amazing pools and outdoor living spaces so that our clients can connect with friends, family, and make a lifetime of memories. We have been continuously refining the award winning Ashton experience since our humble beginnings in 2003. Our founder Joe started the company with nothing but a mower, his pickup truck, and an unparalleled passion for creating custom outdoor spaces. It was his dedication to serving each customer's unique needs that allowed us to quickly become the area's preferred custom pool builder. Today, our state of the art design studio is located in Rehoboth Beach, and our artisans build stunning outdoor spaces throughout Kent and Sussex County. Over the years, our craftsmanship has been recognized with various accolades, but our crowning achievement thus far is our recently-awarded membership to the Master Pools Guild - an invite only, elite network of pool builders from across the world. It is, without a doubt, our incredible team's focus on being proactive, respectful, loyal, and hardworking that have allowed us to be included in this prestigious guild.Our entire team is happy going the extra mile. At Ashton Pools by Design, we don't track our hours; we focus on getting the job done. This doesn't mean working late every night and weekend. Work life balance is important to us, but if the occasion calls for it, our team proudly puts in the additional time because they're just as focused on the end result as our leaders. Our leadership duo [Joe and Nicole] incorporate the entire team when setting goals, and we all celebrate milestones together.
