Unipest began as a father and son project from the family garage in Valencia, CA. Our first service truck was the family suburban, our first customers were door-to-door sign ups in our neighborhood and our first secretary was our mother, a school teacher who was home for summer vacation. From these humble beginnings, Unipest has risen to become the highest rated, premiere residential and commercial organic pest and termite control company in the Santa Clarita Valley. Despite our success, however, when you call the office, you will still often catch the owners answering the phone or showing up to your house to perform a specialty service. We love what we do and we do it well.
