One Degree mentors and empowers GCSE students from disadvantaged backgrounds by developing their self-belief and transforming their academic performance. The One Degree programme runs weekend revision classes with students in a classroom environment, provides mentors and high profile inspirational speakers to work with students, and build respect, friendship and trust between students and mentors through team sports. Our students benefit from better exam grades - a springboard to higher education, a new sense of self-belief and self-worth and increased levels of motivation and ambition. One Degree is always looking for mentors to assist with our programme delivery, corporate service partnerships to provide our students with the resources and experience they need, investment to allow us to produce our vision, and schools to participate in our annual projects.
