Gear sizes are from 3 to ¾ DP. Typical diameters are from 12 inches up to 18 feet. Cogmatic has unique proprietary equipment to Flame Machine the gears and sprockets. In addition, they can spin induction heat treat parts up to 50 inch diameter. Everything that Cogmatic makes is custom and made to customer specifications.
