Lifebalance is a small company that was founded by Joe McCarthy and Maryrose Fitzsimons-McCarthy. They both come with many years of experience in their respected fields. Working with others, seeing results and improvements has always played an integral role of what we are about. Individually we are affiliated with some of the industry's leading educators and companies both nationally and internationally. Continuing to educate, update and research has always taken importance and proves successful when being able to apply ourselves to the needs of our clients. Preserving standards, adhering to protocol and providing an extremely high level of service to our clients is also a key element in the day to day operation of our business. Most importantly we enjoy what we do which makes the experience for the client all the better, whether it be a workout or a treatment.
