Lalis is the number one specialist retailer of Lampe Berger Paris fragrance lamps in the London area and South East. We hold about 130 different designs and colours and over 40 different fragrances at any one time. The lamps were originally designed as a purely functional item to sterilise the air in hospital wards as long ago as 1898. Later around the time of the First World War they were sold in cigar shops to eliminite the smell of the cigar smoke, again as a purely functional item and it was not until the1920s that the company began working with designers such as Lalique to create true objects of beauty and once fragrance was added the Lampe Berger became a true lifestyle choice.
