We then develop a customized treatment plan to help each client achieve their goals.Standard treatments last an hour. In a typical session at AMPT, we focus on hands-on treatment followed by retraining movement patterns. Our hands-on treatment incorporates joint and soft tissue mobilizations, as well as neuromuscular re-education.
