Here at Hemmels our team of classical mechanics are world-renowned specialists in the sourcing and complete custom rebuild and restoration of classic Mercedes-Benz automobiles, most notably from the 1951-1971 era with a strong focus on the 300SL, 280SL and 190SL models.During our rebuilds we use a detailed method that we term the "Neugeboren Process", whereby every vehicle is carefully stripped back to its bare metal frame, before being intricately and painstakingly rebuilt to complete perfection. Our innovation and expertise has also allowed us to develop an engine upgrade for the W113 Pagoda which adds electronic electrician and electronic fuel injection, making the engine more efficient while increasing the horsepower.We rebuild these stunning classical cars to an immaculate 'as new' condition, and our clients who are based around the world are able to customise the vehicle to their personal taste, such as selecting the colour, interior and other personalised touches.
